Roger Wishes Walnuts Were Cheaper

While in the snack aisle, Roger wishes that walnuts were cheaper. He much prefers them over the peanuts he can afford. Roger also wishes that grad school had been cheaper. And that he wasn’t behind on his payments. And that Julie wouldn’t have left him because his financial situation was a “dealbreaker” for her. After pushing the disappointment and anger down, Roger snags a bag of walnuts off the shelf and heads for the liquor aisle. He may need a whiskey or two this evening.
